MIDACURE® 42524 Series

Application Fields The MIDACURE® 42524 Series UV Offset Inks are specifically formulated for sheet-fed lithographic offset printing on metal substrates, including tinplate, Tin-Free Steel (TFS), and aluminum. These inks are designed to deliver excellent adhesion to metal surfaces along with superior abrasion resistance, ensuring durable performance in metal decoration applications. The series is supplied at 100% solid content, containing no volatile components, and is optimized for efficient UV curing performance. The inks exhibit a tack range of 14-20 (measured at 800 rpm at 25℃), providing stable transfer characteristics and consistent print quality during high-speed production.
