MIDACURE® UV 42511 Series

Driving Progress in Label & Packaging Printing MIDACURE® UV 42511 Series inks have been developed to help narrow- and mid-web printers broaden their capabilities in the label and packaging sector. Their advanced formulation delivers built-in performance that enables exceptionally fine detail reproduction and clean reverse text when using high-LPI, low-BCM anilox rolls, while substantially reducing ink laydown—producing results comparable to offset and digital print quality. These inks also provide outstanding adhesion to difficult film substrates, along with low viscosity and smooth flow characteristics for easy press performance, minimal odor, and a high-gloss finish similar to varnish. The formulation is designed to minimize plate swell and supports press speeds of up to 150 meters per minute. In addition, the series is formulated without silicone or wax, improving color trapping and enabling downstream processes such as hot stamping, thermal overprinting, and lamination, while enhancing overall durability through strong natural bonding.
